How long does a custom furniture project take?
Most single pieces are ready in 3 to 5 weeks from design sign-off. Full kitchens or whole-home built-ins usually run 6 to 10 weeks depending on materials and finishing. We confirm a delivery window in writing before work begins.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
Yes. For projects within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor we measure on site before we confirm any price, so the quotation you receive reflects the real conditions of your space — walls that are not square, hidden piping, awkward corners and all.
Which materials do you work with?
Solid woods such as teak, nyatoh and oak, marine plywood, moisture-resistant MDF, plus laminates, veneers, quartz tops and soft-close hardware from established suppliers. We show you physical samples before you decide.
Is delivery and installation included?
Delivery and installation within the Klang Valley are included in every quotation. For other states in Malaysia we arrange transport at cost and our own installers travel with the furniture.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every Alpinyx piece carries a 5-year structural warranty covering joinery and workmanship, plus a 1-year warranty on hardware and moving parts. Details are printed on your invoice.
Can you match a design I found online?
We can use reference photos as a starting point, then adapt proportions, materials and detailing so the final piece fits your space and is built to last. We never produce direct copies — your piece will be yours alone.
